Anyone? Anyone?
I've checked out these condos a few times, They are nice but seem too expensive for the location and the cc are higher than many a building with doorman and fitness gym. There are no amenities for maintenance fees that high. Also what is going on with their certificate of occupancy? TDG website shows that some units have signed contracts;what does that mean if you cannot move in?
The living/dining area is too small. Doesn't work...
Anybody has purchased unit there? Has anyone seen the offering plan? Perhaps the common charges include heat ?
Common charges include management company and builder's insurance. None of the utilities are include.
