7-10 business days to receive the most basic of information from them, poor attitudes(even worse than everybody else), inept employees that think they are doing favors by answering questions when in actuality THATS THEIR JOB!

My company deals with a lot of managing agents on a day to day basis and I have to say they are the worst we have ever dealt with.
