i think only closed sale prices...i hope
Where is that on the site? I can't find it.
It seems to just be recorded sales information, which they did not have before, and I haven't seen on other sites. All the other data that I can see is still the same as before, free.
Everything that has always been in StreetEasy remains free.
Many people have asked for closings, and we’re happy to report that we’ve added this data, and we think we’ve done it in a way that will make it very useful to some people. We license the raw information from the city, and we’ve provided the Insider account so that those who wish to see it can help offset the cost and support StreetEasy.
