Does anyone have a feel or comps for the Southern Westchester market. Harrison, Scarsdale, Rye, etc I am losing faith in NYC and now considering moving out. Has the Westchester market suffered worse than NYC....I don't see many price drops there, but they could have the price high strategy and accept %25-30 low ball offers? Anybody chime in? for 1.4MM....maybe I can find a nice 4 bedroon house in a great community and school?
