Not all Chicago murderers wear Dockers -- some dress up as clowns and lure little children to their deaths (then store their carcasses in secret basement tunnels in the clowns' own houses); some wear the secret ensembles of any of the hundreds and hundreds of gangs that Chicago is a breeding ground for.

But you guys forget that Chicago is SMALLER than NYC so you would EXPECT them to have less. You have to scale it to the city.
