what is a reasonable price for parking in south slope, brooklyn?

we live in a 20 unit building with 10 gated open air parking slots in the back of the building. we'd like to buy a parking slot since we intend to get a car in the future but in the meantime are thinking of renting the space out to other owners in the building. we're not in prime park slope and are wondering what would be a reasonable ask for rent per month? should we rent month to month or have a minimum of 4 months or 6 months? any suggestions or thoughts? thanks!
