To the guys that run Streeteasy

Your site is great! and the search is getting better and better. I would like to see maintenance added to the list of criteria visible on your pages. Price, Beds,Baths,SF is great but maintenance would complete the picture.

You could add a maintinance/SF metric as well.

We do allow for searches of only recorded sales. We'll improve the visibility of that soon. In the meantime, on the homepage you can click on "More recorded sales", or the "Search Recorded Sales":http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/process/closings/edit_search link in Popular Searches.

We will be adding maintenance and a few other items to the search criteria soon! We'll let you know when it's released.

Those links lead to Advanced Search for recorded sales, and there you can limit the search to 30 days or whatever. But keep in mind, that the city sometimes adds recorded sales further in the past, so on a given day there might be new ones which are two days old or twenty days old.

The "recorded sales" search doesn't work very well. Let's say you do a search from $0 to $500k, you get a list of buildings, you click "next" for the next page and then it shows buildings in the 1mil+ range. Please fix this!!!!

Please also add a search for studio - i.e. 0 bedroom. Thanks!
