West Side Marquis - 70 West 95th Street

Does anyone know anything about this building? Here is their website: http://www.marquisapts.com/index.php (although we saw it through a broker - idiots) The doorman that they advertise looks and acts a lot more like a security guard that one usually sees at projects (or in dorms in NYC colleges, if one wants to be charitable). The people we saw walking around also make the building appear to a lot like lower-income housing. I've seen some threads here on buildings that are partially lower-income, but never really followed them. Does anyone know if this is one of those buildings? And what the implications might be for us? Links to relevant threads would be helpful too. Thanks.
