Yes, true, the white-flight suburbs. But not Chitroit itself, an abandoned post-apocalyptic wasteland. And especially not the Gold Coast, which Cracker Boy repeatedly (incessantly, ad nauseum) touts as one of the highest-income neighborhoods in the nation.

I lived in Lincoln Park for one year in 1997 and on Maple St in the Gold Coast for one year in 1994. Its a decent place. But NOBODY leaves Manhattan for the Gold Coast, it's usually the other way around.
