Typical Utilities in NYC

Hi moving to Manhattan. Trying to figure out how much typical utilities on pays in a 1bd room condo. Heat,water, electricity, cable etc. Thanks.

Condo is a studio 700Sf

My apprx 600 sq ft split-level studio (11.5 ft high ceilings) can get as high as $180 in the summer and as low at $70 in the winter for electric. I don't pay for heat or water, and that's pretty common in NYC.
