p.s. Hoboken will fall at least as much as Manhattan, probably more. It's usually this way with less-desirable areas.

hobokenx.com is a SHAM website. The moderator only allows posts that are POSITIVE. If you write something negative about a developer or the real estate market, he immediately deletes your posts and blocks your IP address. The market in Hoboken is getting hit liek the rest of the country, but you won't know it by reading that shill website.

A friend of mine sold his place on Washington St. about 2 1/2 years ago. He said recently "Those poor kids must be down a couple hundred thousand by now," and it sold for under $600k.
