This pool of useless "workers" is filled by 2 types of people. First and foremost, tired middle managers who live in the suburbs. Second, youngsters with poor investment performance - this precludes Hoboken condo owners because Hoboken condos have outperformed virtually everything recently, such as stocks and real estate. Employers recognize that Hoboken condo owners - by virtue of their decision to allocate personal capital to Hoboken real estate - possess substantial investment savvy. Employers want to keep these people on board, meaning bonuses are unlikely to fall for Hoboken condo owners. Eli Manning is a good example of a Hoboken condo owner - young, makes a lot of $, and world class job performance means he'll be the last to be fired. [less]
Must be a realt-whore. In Hoboken.
p.s. Hoboken will fall at least as much as Manhattan, probably more. It's usually this way with less-desirable areas.
p.p.s. Hobo Ken sounds like a homeless doll that got cleaned out in a divorce by Barbi...
hobokenx.com is a SHAM website. The moderator only allows posts that are POSITIVE. If you write something negative about a developer or the real estate market, he immediately deletes your posts and blocks your IP address. The market in Hoboken is getting hit liek the rest of the country, but you won't know it by reading that shill website.
You don't understand. I coulda had class. I coulda been a contender. I coulda been somebody, instead of a bum, which is what I am, let's face it.
A friend of mine sold his place on Washington St. about 2 1/2 years ago. He said recently "Those poor kids must be down a couple hundred thousand by now," and it sold for under $600k.
who was it that said we were past the fear stage again?
Clearly the fear stage hasn't even begun...
