It's definitely my favorite neighborhood in brooklyn, but could use some more bars! The park, the restaurants, BAM, tons of diversity, all great.

Why did this catch your eye, nyc10022? Was it just a real estate thing that seemed post-worthy, or does it suggest something in particular about the market?

Just curious.

I haven't lived in Brooklyn for five or six years now, but Ft. Greene still seems way edgier to me than the Slope.
