Discussion about 35 East 76th Street #802
$10k/month in maintenance for a small 2BR with a small kitchen - even if it comes with hotel services - seems pretty steep. The $750k asking price represents only a small fraction of the cost of ownership. I'm not sure in this economy the apartment is worth even the maintenance of $120k/year. http://www.streeteasy.com/nyc/sale/372247-coop-35-east-76th-street-upper-east-side-new-york

The bathroom tile is hideous. It took me nearly 2 minutes to figure out that the room was the bathroom!

Unless its a $10k market rental, then yes why shouldn't they pay the buyer.

And you get to wade through the sea of obese tourists and eurotrash milling about the lobby every time you come home. Sounds grand.
