There are about 15 fire trucks at the building. It smells like it is an electrical fire. Smoke was pouring out of the side where they have the construction elevator installed, and many of the windows in the lower floors. Too bad, they had already hired lobby staff and looked as if they were getting close to completion. That's 101 Warren across the street, whose workers looked very happy that their building wasn't on fire...

Did anyone find out what caused the fire, and if they had any real damage?

I don't know what happened. I walked by in a short skirt and "poof"...the building went up in flames. :o
