bjw,
if a thread gets no listings posted for two days can we officially declare it dead and consolidate it with one of the others? this is getting more complicated by the minute.

2C has a ways to fall to hit 2006 pricing, even though it's already knocked $164k off ask.

happyrenter, sounds good to me. I realize it's probably bit messy right now, but I'm hoping it gets more or less sorted out over the next few days. Part of the issue in posting all these at once...

Since evillager lost his junior trader wall street job he now has his 5 story walk up listed for sale. He needs to get rid of it asap so he cut it to 2004 levels. Those MBA loans are screaming to get paid off.....

modern, let's lump NoHo in here for that. I know it's technically a different neighborhood, but maybe a bit too small to have its own thread and really be useful. Not sure where to put Nolita either.

NoHo could be here, but not sure about SoHo and Nolita. I kind of view the four of them together as an area. And what about Central Village a/k/a Gold Coast along 5th? To me the West Village starts at Hudson.

petrfitz, have you started officially whoring out your wife to cover your mortgage payments yet? may as well get paid for what she is already doing
