This is is SO overpriced relative to the rest of Harlem! You can get BRAND-NEW never lived in doorman condos that rent for under $30 a sq ft at Kalahari, Soha, the Fitzgerald, 380 Lenox etc. Just look on this site! I don't get why this place and Manhattan court think they can get what they are charging for tiny places with no closet space. And with SOOOO many condo buildings yet to open in Harlem, there is no WAY this will stay where it is.

They lowered prices on a few units by a few hundred, but its STILL so much more expensive than any of the other new doorman condos for rent nearby.

They are still in denial. Soon they will wake up to reality.

agree --their ask is obscene and there is no way the sq ft match up with the claimed

The funny thing is - now that Avalon morningside has started lower, you can actually get a MUCH bigger and nicer place in an avalon building than in a triumph managed place. One closer to the park! strange world.

I think three beds are in the high 4s low fives, but they are VERY negotiable now. That is AM.

As for Susan's court, they are stabilized, so no I assume they were always to be rentals.

These apartments are ridiculously overpriced. Please do yourself a favor and shop around. You can get so much more for your money if you look elsewhere. And don't be fooled by informaiton on the previous rentals in this building (and other K&R buildings). They only give the initial offered price, not what the apartment was eventually rented for.
