Astoria.....what do you think will happen with the rent/sale prices considering many cannot afford the high rents in Manhattan? Just curious on everyones opinions.

What bldg in Astoria has prices as high as Manhattan?

Astoria has gotten much more expensive over the past few years but is hardly competitive with Manhattan. The few new condos in Astoria and rentals are slightly cheaper than prime Williamsburg.
