Reviving this non-thread to see if anyone has info on the building. Know anyone who lives there? Know of any issues? I've seen some apartments and they appear well-built, but I'm not super condo-savvy.

very well built building- well run- in past year traded much lower than it should have.. a quality development considering it was built in 2005. is nicer than some new developments on the market now.

Thanks, jlnyc, do you live there? I am wary of those condo developments built during the gold rush, but this one felt a little different. Except that the floors are a little cheap-looking.
As a broker who lives , and specializes in the area, its a great product, that will continue to hold its value over time. Well run, and solid building all the way around.

i dont live there- i have just sold there and also specialize in this area and flatiron/gramercy.. and in new developments/conversions. i think for 2005 construction it is pretty solid. interior facing apartments here have some challenges.
floors are engineered wood.. but i dont think they are cheap. appliances are not subzero or viking- i believe kitchen aid- and i dont love the countertops.. but otherwise think everything has maintained its value and appearance well considering it was built in 2005.

I like the hood.
I was surprised by the pricing, 7E just traded at a pretty nice psf, considering what the building looks like.
