Photos are not loading for my rental listing at 71 Java Street PH.
Each image of mine is high res, e.g., 9MB. Is that too big? If so, what are the dimensions? 72 dpi?

Been through this with SE tech many times (I'm a photographer).
Photos not loading:
Sometime it takes up to 24 hours to show on SE depending where you originally uploaded (ie OLR etc...). If uploaded directly on SE, I haven't had this problem. (BTW....your photos are showing now).
Size:
9mbs is definitely too big. I use 300kb - 400kb size files. But SE's image compression has a mind of its own and I still can't figure out why some photos look great and some look horrible.
dpi:
Without getting into photo-geek talk, use 72dpi. If you upload 300dpi files, they won't look better for most users and will only increase your file size.
Next time email SE directly, their response time is usually pretty quick.

What happened to the export button for past sales to extract the information and put it in an excel document? I can no longer find it.

The export button has been reactivated on StreetEasy. It can be found underneath the Past Sales/Rentals for a listing.
The price per,square foot in TriBeCa is skewed because there are two listings for 428 Greenwich street that have the property listed at 71,ooo sq feet instead of 7,100 sq feet.
Where is the export button? I can not find it
At least the photos for 71 Java Street got posted.
Im trying to post a new rental listing and tha address shows as valiod but when I press save I get a message that " We're sorry, but we couldn't find the listing you were looking for" Please help me. Kindest regards, Steffan
Steffan--you should scroll to the bottom of the SE homepage, click on 'help' and submit a support request for this.
I have two apartments available for rent at 140 west 87th street. I have paid for featured ads on both only Apartment D shows up. Apartment B does not show up at all. Can you fix?
Why do the photos I submit have to be in 'landscape' orientation? Every other real estate advertising venue will accept photos in either 'Landscape' or 'Portrait ' oreintations. I cannot understand why Streeteasy does not. When i am taking a photo, I am concentrating on how much of the subject I can get into the shot, and very often a vertical photo depicts the subject better than a horizontal one would. To require that all photos be taken and submitted the same way is absolutely ridiculous. When will this be fixed - its 2017, but in this instance - you are operating in the 'dark ages'
The "active" sales link is not working. If Ilook up an address one does not see the usual format where you could click on current sales and past sales. In other words, there is no way to see all current listings in a given building.
Following up on above. I see a banner across the top of the page with active listings but one can no longer see PAST sales. This was a key feature and would like to see that functionality back please.
Dear Tech Support. The "previous sales" link is not working on the iPad format. It is an important functionality. Not sure why the overall format has changed but can tell you it greatly reduces the value of the site.
I've noticed that contacting agents via your 'contact (agent's name here) ' no longer identifies the property for which I'm seeking info . This results in no response from lisitng agents regarding my requests on behalf of my buyers. TIME IS MONEY IN NYC. Please correct me if I'm mistaken. Many thanks

Ditto to saj8200. Please restore previous sales function! This makes no sense.
Same goes for active sales function.
I have tried to post an Open House to my sales listing and send emails to support@streeteasy.com with NO REPLY. This making this app not effective as a sales tool.
