Figures, charts et al for Peak of Market?

Can someone suggest a good, reliable, source for a graph or chart showing the peak of the market - for NYC? Showing price and inventory if possible, if not just price. For Manhattan and/or the boroughs. Merci.

Miller Samuel web site. The market report has the median prices, and I believe Q2 was the peak for Manhattan. You can work it out from the reports. Not sure if they have inventory.... but urbandigs.com has a widget that shows that.

Inventory is still growing, so we haven't hit peak yet...

Excellent thanks. I want to find when the peak of market (month/year) was over the past several years.
