Looking for Good A/V Reseller/Installer

I am upgrading my home theater and am looking for a good audiovisual person to both sell me the equipment (e.g., speakers, receiver, etc.) as well as install and perhaps, design, the unit housing these items (I already have the flat screen TV). Anyone have any recommendations of someone who's reasonably priced and honest?
