mrsbuffett, that's kind of the definition of the bears' woes isn't it? one says that prices must go down, and indeed they must, but then there is this feeling that you should be not happy that they are going down because that is hurtful to some, so you shouldn't be happy that some f'ng day you might actually be able to afford what you need, and instead feel guilty that you weren't similarly ensnared.
and then you decide you're not at all unhappy, you're quite glad.
