$10 is the "insider" fee streeteasy charges per month so that you can see past sales prices in a building and easily link through to the ACRIS data base of NYC RE filings. You or a family member has to have signed up at some point for you to be getting this charge.

streeteasy administrators are very responsive. if you cannot find a "discontinue being an 'inside'" button to click somewhere on here, just contact them using the link on the site and tell them you'd like to discontinue your insider subscription. i'm sure they'll respond very quickly after the weekend.

and then you'll wonder why you can't continue to see the past sales prices. you are a genius.
