Re ordering your saved sales

I have a bunch of saved sales in streeteasy, I can reorder them within the page, but how do I move one from page 1 to page 4? I'm sure there's a way but I don't see it. Also, some of the listings that I have saved are not marked "No longer available". If I click into them, I don't see info like it going into contract, so am I right in my assumption that these were pulled from the market without selling?
