Conforming loan limits for Coops?

Does anyone know what the current conforming limits are for CO-OP loans in NYC? I heard they are at $600,000 before you go to JUMBO but wanted to confirm. Thanks

The magic number is supposed to be $625,500, but very few lenders are doing coops on the conforming jumbo loans. I am not sure why. I have one portfolio lender who will do it. But thats it.
