Looks like they're out-of-towners who relo'd to NYC when he landed a big job in retail. Lord & Taylor might be on the hook for the eventual loss. The price is obviously goofy. Hard to know who's responsible for setting it.

Prices at The Charlston need to stay at 1000 psf or below... this is way overpriced
