I'm in contract to purchase an apartment at the Lucida. Since residents of other new developments have been forming private discussion groups (Rushmore, Brompton), I thought it might be useful to have an anonymous group for future Lucida residents. If you are in contract at the Lucida and would like to join the discussion group, please email: lucidaresidents AT gmail DOTCOM.

you would ask people to state that they are not developers but buyers... this ha s some legal bounding value.. so maybe moles would not creep in

"some binding value" so...you're desperate to get your money back from the developer and perry advises that the possibility that a representative of the developer may have sent an email or otherwise participated in an online group is ??? tell it to the judge, perry.

Any suggestions if I have an interest in contacting any buyers who are interested in renting a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom unit for 1-2 years?

guybenhamou, I am sure there are plenty. What's your suggestion? Wanna take over my contract?

All buyers should threaten to forfeit deposits and walk away. At that point, the developer may wish to renegotiate price rather than sit on a empty building for which new buyers will have a very hard time finding financing.
