I am thinking about possibly buying a 1 bedroom or a studio condo in manhattan. Is it a good time to buy or should I wait a little longer? How much do you think I can expect to buy either for? Thank you E

Price will vary greatly based on bldg. Good time to buy if you can negotiate good deal!
