Discussion about Novo at 343 Fourth Avenue in Park Slope
does anyone know about this building - good / bad - ?
aside from the anticipated opening of a cancer treatment center in the lobby, it seems nice.
Anyone know why the Sponsor is having such a hard time selling these units? At the open house two weeks ago I was told they are only 50% sold after one year on the market?
Also, does anyone know anything about the two new floors just being released these past two weeks?
The inside of the building was done very nicely, great gym, great lobby, guest area. Why so much trouble selling (aside from the downturn in economy)?
New buildings are sprouting like mushrooms in Brooklyn. There's really a lot to choose from these days. And I'm not sure if it's all that nice anyways.
i believe the 2 new floors on the market are the 2nd and 3rd floors, which were originally intended to be rental units. the building looks ok inside, but im not sure many people relish passing a cancer infusion center every morning.
Lots to choose from but funny the Sponsor seems to be "non negotiable" -- guess its up to him if he wants to keep paying the taxes for another year, or two, or three!
I have recently financed a unit in this building, and have it approved for great rates and cheap closing costs. Call or email me to find out more.
