95 wall st rents

Last I checked, the rent was steep (~$4500) for an alcove studio but they were throwing in 4 month free rent, so that blended down to the the low $3000's price range. And they offered a free flatscreen (not sure if this is a standard offer there, and I didn't negotiate any further). If you search "by owner" on craigslist, you'll get a feel for the pricing. Be advised that they sometimes describe studios that have a wall built in them as "1-bedrooms".

You might consider Hanover Sq., 20 Pine, District, Deco Lofts.

THey advertise what could only be described as one bedrooms as FOUR bedrooms also.

To get legit rental pricing on Wall Street Apartments, more specifically on 95 Wall Street I would use this site: http://apartmentswallstreet.com/ they gave me answers rather quickly. They stated there is no alcove studios available but a loft available for $4095 one month free and your broker fee paid.
