Green building, quality finishes, around 50% sold, has reportedly renegotiated with some unhappy contract holders to move them into cheaper units ... there are more threads on this in streeteasy, and also on wirednewyork.com

$680K for a studio -- another overpriced new condo construction (1300/ppsf). BTW - you can rent the same apartment for only $2500/mo. I'd wait for the auction.

I'd be interested in any update. Expecially views on where the common charges are likely to go once the abatement runs out. Thanks.

the place is amazing. everything was done top of the line, and it's like living in a five star hotel. far from fully sold, but seems like a steady stream of people moving in and closings...
the sales office can give you the $$$ projecting out several years, and cheap it is not.

The prospect of starting out with high taxes, going into an environment where taxes will increase is scary. Given this is Battery Park and they are paying PILOT and New York will increase property taxes ... this is the worst situation.
