Does anyone have a site for commercial real estate with prices like street easy, our lease is up (we have a floor) downtown (near fulton) and the management team will not offer any price reduction, one of the attorney's is looking and said it is impossible to find any deals but we could get the same price and same size but with more amenitites (We will be moving 35 people need all new furniture and phone system) Has anyone been looking commercial?

My company has been looking for office space for 3 months. The market for Class B and C office space has dropped, but not by a lot. Office rentals, on a per square foot basis, did not run up like the residential market did. Also, a lot of space has been converted to residential from commercial. Still, it's hard to believe that rents haven't dropped more.

The Times had an article this week saying that tenants are starting to opt for short-term deals. We will probably do so too.
