Hi, I would and have highly recommended my General contractor - [Brian Egan, 917 213 8768 and 917 417 9965], he did a fabulous job and I felt so grateful that I found him, besides being incredibly knowledgeable, easy natured to get on with (and ok with my inevitable changes) he was so fair, and made my life so much easier that when my apt sells (listed on Streeteasy at the moment - 23 west 73rd st apt 1207)I am going to give him a bonus for the great job that he did, ironically he was also the most reasonable bid in the bidding process (and it didn't increase). Thanks

are you talking about the place that you bought in 2007 for $1.9 million? wow, if you get anything close to the $3.7 you're asking, you should give the contractor a fortune. good luck here.
