I just realized the following and found it useful: You can modify your search criteria to be more specific by modifying the URL. For example, my search criteria is 750+ but I'm actually only interested in those 850 or greater. So, I can change that in the URL. That means I can sort on something other than size and not have to weed out the apts 750-850. Don't know if anyone else would find this useful, but I did.

I feel like an idiot for not realizing this myself. Just tried it out with price and maint. #'s; worked great. Thx!

Yeah, know what you mean. Once I noticed it I felt like it was almost too obvious to post, but if someone else missed it too, it was worth it.
