comparables report

Hi:

You should be a StreetEasy insider - - $10 a month.

So, once "inside," you click on "my page" in upper right hand corner.

On the next screen that comes up, you'll click on "manage my listings."

And the next page that comes up you'll see an orange box that says "Generate Comparables Report."

Oh, and there's a Help link and a Contact Us link and a Feedback link at the bottom of the page if you need help.

i tried that and nothing came up to do a comparables report

Hmm, if you're an "insider" and you're paying $10 a month you should be able to get comps by:

1) click on "my page" in upper right hand corner

2) the next screen that comes up, you'll click on "manage my listings."

3) the next page that comes up you'll see an orange box that says "Generate Comparables Report."

4) then a box(s) will come up for you to enter the address of the subject apartment

5) then hit the "Generate Comparables Report" tab.

If you are having trouble you should contact StreetEasy tech dept and they'll be able to help out.
