So did this apartment ever change hands during the 'Use Wendy as the whipping post' auction action?

what do you do when a listing does sell? take it off the market and put it right back at wait... a higher price!

Ooooohhhhhh... this is neck and neck w/ the elliman team... but they are in the lead w/ the $25K increase on a $8.5MM unit....

Seriously, I'd pitch in top pay a homeless guy walk in front of the building with a sign that reads "sick deal, at 115 CPW"

at least it'll feed the homeless guy...

If the homeless guy shits in the park I belive the term is 'shovel ready'.

On March 6th, the NY Times had a story about final bids being due by Noon on Thursday, March 12th.

"Wow a flipper! "

Any evidence that this place actually closed and is a new owner selling?

as to the flipper comment.
Prehaps I doped out but, earlier today the street easy page for this apartment read differently.
It read as if the place was sold in 2008 and put back on the market within the year at an increased price. Maybe I had a little brain freeze but I could swear that the info has changed.

Later tonight when I'm with agent Rachel I'll take a break from her very favorite 'Dirty Sanchez' and ask about what has happened.

"I'll take a break from her very favorite 'Dirty Sanchez' "

Switch it up a bit and try the Angry Dragon or the C.G.S.B.B. (sorry, had to use initials, but you'll find it wherever popular joke positions are listed).
