Born and raised in Brooklyn, I’ve spent my career helping buyers and sellers navigate the complex world of NYC real estate. I know the markets of Manhattan and Brooklyn deeply—not just the numbers, but the lunch spots, the boutiques, the hidden-gem pizzerias, the school districts, and the co-op boards that can make or break a deal.

My background is anything but typical. I studied at RISD, started in real estate finance and construction, and went on to build a career negotiating some of NYC’s most impressive deals. I’ve worked with C-suite executives from Google, Union Square Hospitality Group, and global firms, the founder of Waze, actors, artists, software engineers, and retirees. My philosophy? Everyone deserves best-in-class service, and the smartest deals are won with strategy—not pressure.

I know what it’s like to navigate this market personally. During the pandemic, I negotiated a steep discount on my own condo, renovated a Brooklyn Heights co-op, and sold for a profit—all while raising a family. That firsthand experience is why I guide my clients through every step of the process, from financing to construction, with real, lived-in expertise.
