I am a licensed attorney and real estate broker. Many of our deals now have legal issues such as estate/probate complications, matrimonial, bankruptcy, foreclosure, landlord-tenant and title issues. Having an attorney as your broker allows us to foresee these issues and resolve them before they become a problem. We are very hands on, working with mortgage brokers, appraisers, management companies, and attorneys throughout the sales process. Our work is not complete until the deal closes.

We also have dedicated rental agents who represent management companies, small landlords and individual apartment and home owners.
