Born and raised in France, Yann Rousseau built his life and career across borders. He moved to the United States in 2013, beginning in Miami before establishing himself in the New York market in 2018. Today, he is licensed in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and Florida, advising clients across some of the country’s most dynamic real estate markets.

For eight years, Yann served as Principal and Broker of Record for an international real estate firm, overseeing hundreds of residential and commercial transactions with a strong emphasis on luxury properties and international clientele. In 2026, he joins Christie’s International Real Estate, continuing his work with sophisticated buyers, sellers, and investors who operate globally. Throughout his career, he has been featured in various media outlets for his market insight and transaction expertise.

Fluent in French, English, and Spanish, Yann brings a cross-cultural perspective to every negotiation. His international background allows him to understand not only the financial dimensions of a transaction, but the personal and strategic motivations behind it.
