Located at 174 North 11th Street, the studios, 1- and 2-bedroom units will be available to eligible applicants who earn at 60 percent of the area median income, which is $30,480 for a single person up to $57,240 for a household of 4 persons.

Located between Bedford and Driggs, the 6-story building was developed by Great Point Properties with Kutnicki Bernstein Architects and contains 37 units, with retail space on the ground floor. Amenities include roof terrace, fitness center, parking garage and bike storage and coin-operated laundry.  

Rents for the units range from $722/month for a studio; $741 for a 1-bedroom and $900 for a 2-bedroom.
