A new development at 26-27 2nd Street in Astoria is offering six units through a newly announced lottery.
The Astoria Cove apartments are available to qualified applicants earning at 60 percent of the area median income, a range that goes from $30,080 for a single person to $57,240 for households with four people.
Rents for the 1 and 2-bedroom units will be $889 and $1,001 per month, according to NYC Housing Connect. The lottery is open until June 26.
This newly constructed 5-story building features 28 rental units ranging from 1- bedroom to 2-bedroom apartments that feature bright, open floor plans. A majority of the units have private balconies with city views and other exposures. The building offers elevator access, voice intercom controlled entry, onsite laundry facilities, common rooftop deck and available onsite private parking.
