With her dad recovering from a lung transplant and living with her in Los Angeles, Hilary Swank won’t be spending large amounts of time in the Big Apple this year. So the “Million Dollar Baby” actress has decided to list her West Village condo for rent.
The 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit at Superior Ink Condominiums (400 West 12th Street) is available for $20,000 a month. The window-filled apartment is a reasonable 1,441 square feet and boasts knockout views of the Empire State Building, Freedom Tower and the Hudson River.
Swank’s abode is available for a one-year lease at minimum, and offers a slew of amenities including a full-time doorman and concierge, parking garage, full gym, party room and bike room.
