“Body Heat” hottie turned New York City resident Kathleen Turner is making a change. The actress and producer has sold her condo at 200 Riverside Boulevard that had been listed for $3.9 million. According to The Real Deal, the 39th-floor unit fetched $3.8 million.

The 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom unit is just over 2,000 square feet and sports some nice Manhattan views in the heart of Lincoln Square. Turner bought the place as Kathleen T. Weiss back in 2003 for $2.9 million, when she was married to NYC real estate dealer Jay Weiss.

According to a recent interview, Turner is teaching acting classes at the NYU campus in Florence, Italy. And while she may not be starring on the big screen the way she did during the “Romancing The Stone” and “Prizzi’s Honor” days, she is slated to produce and co-star in an off-Broadway play “Would You Still Love Me If … ” at New World Stages. Previews start Sept. 26.
