Richard Gere’s Sag Harbor estate, “Strongheart Manor” has taken another big price reduction and is now down to $47.5 million.

When the 6.3-acre property at 26 Actors Colony Road came on the market in 2013, the “American Gigolo” turned “Officer and a Gentleman” star slapped a bold $65 million list price on the bayfront home. In 2014, the price was then dropped to $56 million.

But even for a Zen master, some things just don’t come without major hassles, be it Gere’s unpleasant divorce from wife, Carey Lowell, or the marketing of this Long Island paradise. The 3-acre parcel was collected by Gere between 2005 and 2008 and cost him $11.5 million.

Included in the listing is a main house and two guest houses, a 60-foot swimming pool and outdoor basketball court. The property sits on 300 feet along Peconic Bay and, true to Gere’s chill nature, it is on the North Fork of Long Island, out of the fray of the Jay-Z/Wall Street/Hollywood Hamptons crowd.
