The LEED-certified, mixed-use building features building is smoke-free and features an outdoor terrace, parking and laundry room. It’s close to Saint Mary’s Park, Lincoln Hospital and the 4/5/6 subway lines. The building has a total of 96 apartments and retail space on the ground floors.
