Civic Center
Like most civic centers, Manhattan’s Civic Center is the location of numerous official buildings, such as City Hall, One Police Plaza and the filming of countless episodes of Law and Order. Brutalist, Renaissance, French Renaissance Revival and Georgian Revival buildings add to the diversity of the Civic Center’s architecture. Residential areas within the Civic Center are limited and mostly populated by those working in the area. Nevertheless, the Civic Center is undeniably monumental, extremely safe and ideal for Sam Waterston sightings.
