Building: 16 West 21st Street in Flatiron
This distinctive 14 story residential building will combine the historic vocabulary of the New York Ladies Mile Historic District with a facade constructed entirely out of glass materials. Arranged according to classical proportions, the columns, spandrels and cornice will be made out of frosted glass. Using new energy technologies, water efficient systems and innovative design, this project will also strive to be a LEED Gold certified project. Upon completion there will be 9 full floor luxury loft residences, a garden level duplex and a penthouse triplex.
