Anyone have a attorney they would recommend for closing on a coop in Manhattan?

Among the many listed, I'd vouch for Kevin Farrelly, Fern Schwaber, and Steve Gittleson 212-533-8553)

Here is a second mention for Kevin Farrelly ((212) 684-8700). Very professional and reasonable. Presents everything clearly and walks you through the broker 'smoke and mirrors'. I was very happy with having him on my side as I made the biggest financial decision so far. I would recommed Kevin without reservation.
any recommendations for retail lease lawyers (for small businesses i.e. not 800$/hr) - need someone with extensive negotiation experience to deal with difficult landlords & who will stand behind issues that may arise over the life of the lease that they work on.
I definitely recommend Ennis Mayo. A bit old fashioned in his dress and speech, but he is aggressive, finds things that others don't, and knows how to pull a fast one.
Thanks everyone.
