steveF: me.
I can continue here because I'm marginally interested:
There was a thread almost 2 years ago on this topic, and someone said there's a legislation to limit all co-op flip taxes to 4.125%.
Did anybody hear anything a bout it?
Is there any new information/legislation in NYC law on co-op flip taxes?
Any new uniformity on the excessive flip tax?
Thanks to all.
uh oh...freud
What does Frood have to do with it?
