Maybe its time I re-address the Steve 'gay accountant' scandel. When it felt like Steve was purposely aggravating me, I thought it would be fair to refer to him as a 'gay accountant'. He promptly accepted my apology. The trolls who lurk this board with no agenda but to be annoying are hard to fathom, particularly as it relates to the twice daily references to this slip of mine. As I said before, I log in to state (and re-state) my position in the hopes of dredging some bull argument out of someone that I find compelling. That effort continues.

even more remarkable is someone's persistent obsession with the fact that i asked my landlord for a new toilet seat. which, by the way, is totally within the terms of the lease. although i did not realize it, which is why i brought it up. just an example of how there are some benefits to renting, but hsf seems to think this is some major slur on my character, asking the landlord for something the landlord has agreed to provide.

and even worse is hsf's persistent refusal to admit that my comment regarding abatements was sarcasm. obviously i'm not so stupid as to think that abatements once given can be rescinded. legally it's simply not possible. and if hsf had been following along, as there is every indication hsf had been, albeit not with any regard to later reporting truthfully about said followings, hsf would have realized that i had been engaged in a bit of domestic war with RS, and was needling same regarding the rights of new buyers to receive tax benefits for purchases.
